A Co-Ed Masters Strength Class that will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know for weight training beginners as well as challenge seasoned athletes. Flexibility and mobility will also be incorporated to keep your joints heathly and performing optimally. All ages welcome, but this program is aimed towards 40 years and older.
