Saturday, October 4th the Montlake Community presents its second annual Fall Yard Sale. Shoppers are welcome from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. at over 60 sale locations throughout the neighborhood (just north of Capital Hill). Look for the bright yellow yard signs. Maps available at Montlake shops on 24th Ave. However, late registrations will be added to the map here so check back for the most up to date locations.
And in keeping with our community event, the Montlake Blvd Market will be giving out free coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks all day Saturday.
