PiYo is a low-mpact workout designed to sculpt and define your muscles through stretching, strengthening and body weight resistance exercises.
Tonight’s workout is “Sweat”. Sculpt your entire body through dynamic conditioning, fast-paced yoga flows, and body wight resistance strength training.
Following this week’s workout there will be samplings of Shakeology and recipes from the nutrition guides from various workout programs.
