The efforts of neighborhood activists to preserve part of “the ramps to nowhere” are getting noticed. The Seattle Times published a story about how Montlake residents and others who are part of ARCH (Activists Remembered Celebrated & Honored) want an old Highway 520 crossbeam to be an ‘urban ruins’ honoring anti-freeway activists.
