Montlake.net will look different soon!

June 22, 2025 by esterb Leave a Comment

The Montlake Community Club Board has exciting news to announce! This week we are launching a new website for www.montlake.net. The new site will be easier to navigate and showcase beautiful imagery of the special place we all call home.

With the new website, we’re changing the way news is shared.

  • There is a calendar on the website which you can subscribe to to be informed of community and MCC events
  • There will no longer be random posts from the site and you will have a monthly newsletter
  • As a member of the community, you can submit content at any time via our new form. Content will be added to the blog, calendar, or newsletter. To be included in the next month’s newsletter, submit content by the last wednesday of the month. The newsletter will shared on the first sunday of each month.

If you’re subscribed and are receiving this email, there’s nothing you need to do. We will automatically send you the newsletter from the new site/system. If you know of neighbors who don’t get the mails, encourage them to visit the site and subscribe!

Thank you to neighbors Laura Sherman, Elise Drake, Maureen Brown, Mary Kay Grossblatt, Miho Nasu, and Ester Bergen for the year-long effort to make the site a reality. Special thank you to Janice Sears, Maureen Brown, Larry Hubbel, Laura Sherman, and Tasha Irvine for the beautiful photography, and to Rachel McLellan for her copywriting skills on the new gear.

We would love to hear your feedback. Please share by emailing us at info@montlake.net.
