Challah is fluffy traditional Jewish bread beloved by all, and now you can learn how to make your own! In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn the entire process: mixing, kneading, rising, baking and several dough braiding techniques (three, four and six-strand loaves). All the ingredients are provided and you’ll make your very own loaf to take home, warm out of the oven! You can also take home some dough to bake at a later date. We’ll make a dip (such as hummus) while we wait for the dough to rise. BYOApron
