Monday, March 6th, 6:30-7:30pm
Learn to make sauerkraut in a fun and energetic setting hosted by fermentation expert, Johnathan Loritsch. Johnathan will guide a class on the basics of fermentation including the process of safety, do’s and don’ts, and of course making sauerkraut! Participants should bring a quart size jar with a lid, so you can take some kraut home with you to continue the fermentation process.
Free, with a suggested donation of $5 at the door to cover supplies and support our education programs.
